The Army would destory this punk and he knows it! SOB is wearing camo? God, makes me sick to know I just enlisted to PROTECT this A-hole!!

@NJMarine24 Our “Freedom” isn’t at risk in Afghanistan, isn’t at risk in Iraq, isn’t at risk in Central America–our military isn’t fighting for freedom, it’s fighting for big profits for multinational corporations.

These people are all tools. As enlisted soldiers you should be aware of the risks and the rewards. It’s all the part of being an american and making your own life choices to write your own story. Plain and to the point.

These idiots that speak of “defending our freedom” clearly do not understand how geopolitics loves propaganda-ish rhetoric; like “defending our freedom.” What rot. We aren’t defending our freedom. We’re defending oil. All of those people are defending economic strength. Those poor deluded people in the military are defending your ability to drive a sport utility vehicle. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Good luck to us.

you have a choice, all this man and woman have choose to be there and to do what they consider to be the right thing to do.
im going in in august.
I choose it, i know that im gonna see death body’s and a lot of other stuff, and i consider it before i sign.
and then when you sign for infantry and you don’t do stuff from BCT chances are that you are not coming home
there is a lot of stuff that you have to thing about before you do anything in your life, that is something that YOU didn’t tell them

Too bad this video is showing a point of view that only affects like what, 5-10% of the people who enlist? Most of these people didn’t read the fine print and didn’t know what they were getting in to.

your expected to be able to understand what your ‘getting into’ when your 19. your 19 for fucks sake, you can vote, fuck, and booze yourself to hell, you should also be required to understand your own choices.

@bobbygnosis your a dipshit. you see any fucking oil price drops? hmm? you join the army for your own reasons, most of those reasons are true; i.e. defending freedom. you choose how to define that. however, fighting for oil is not a real reason, even if you want it to be. why? do you see an american monopoly on iraqi oil? no, i see south koreans and chinese andbrits getting oil.

After watching the recruiters in my area lie and manipulate almost every high school student in my area, I have to agree that it is almost impossible for anyone to know what they’re getting into. Recruiters are manipulating our area out of too many kids, it’s terrible.

in india approx 100,000 guys apply for defense service exam out of which in the end only about 250 make the cut for military service (after pshyco tests , intw ). there are no recruitment centres , no military ads , no collg incentives , no grt pay & perks . but the respect the military guy gets in india is huge , i have seen guys competiting for 5 , 6 years to make the cut for services .

@NJMarine24

How are we defending freedom IN America when we are fighting a war out IN Iraq? Instead of this bullshit war out in the middle of nowhere we should have a war on poverty in America, and try to help the home land instead of going out to different countries for natural resources.

stupid.
that is all what they are talking about.
if you don’t study what are you going in to of course you gonna say they fuck me up.

She whose “discredited” of course they have to check her back round, but that is far from being discredited.

I understand where some of these people are coming from but I was going to join the Marines and I new exactly what I was going to go into they even tell you: you know this is not a game, this is serious stuff and the risk of death is great but we are here to serve. But do to a knee injury I could no longer attend. Yes it is sad but you should now what you are getting into my boyfriend & bros are Marine & they know the possibilities of death or sever injury yet they are proud to be Marines.
