if you can answer me please before tomoorw I will be thankful. I am working for a company right now as a contractor, they asked me about my expectation bcz they wanna hire me, they wanna open a position for me, but they didnt tell me what it is.
. They are doing my paperwork and tomorrow I have to give them my expectation. Typically they pay 75ooo av for a same position but other comp. pay 90-95 000 av. I dont know if I give them a range before they tell me about the job, and if yes what range should I ask for . Do you think 75-85 is ok ?
