diversity training IS PURE BULLSHIT,,,before it became popular, huge inner city companies with a united nations employee populace had one rule; TREAT EVERYONE AS AN ADULT AND EXPECT EVERYONE TO ACT LIKE ONE,,,,if you didn’t you were FIRED.
