<p>The participants at Recruiter&#8217;s book event discussing Stephen Bungay&#8217;s The Art of Action give views on lessons learnt and perspectives on leadership in their companies and careers, and the broader recruitment industry and beyond, in this video. Alongside the author, present at the event were Hamish Nisbet, EMEA talent acquisition leader at GE Capital; George Griffin, HR firm Penna&#8217;s director of learning and development; Alastair Cook, chief executive of HR recruiter Digby Morgan; interim executive Matt Hudson; Hung Lee, the founder and director of social recruitment consultancy Wise Man Say; and Tony Vickers, director of finance and accountancy recruiter Balance Recruitment. Bungay also tells Recruiter in a separate video (youtu.be that when recruiting leaders for their clients, and indeed when looking for potential leaders within their own business, recruiters would do well to strike a balance between the charismatic orator and calculating strategist.
